Have you ever dreamed of kayaking through the very heart of Brussels? Do the waste floating on the canal bother you and make you want to take action? Do you love Brussels and want to help make it more beautiful? Would you like to inspire your friends and family to care more about urban biodiversity? Are you curious to learn about the canal’s history? Or simply looking to meet other motivated, like-minded people?

Join us and come paddle with us, on the weekend or during the week. 

⚠️Important – Participation Conditions

Young people aged 16 and over may take part in this activity independently. Young people aged 12 to 16 must be accompanied in the kayak by a person older than 16 in order to participate.

All participants must be able to swim.

THE ACTIVITY

Introduction
We’ll kick off with a brief introduction about our organization, the environmental challenges we tackle, and the solutions we develop and promote.

Cleanup mission
Grab your nets and put your trash-fishing skills to the test while paddling on the Canal.

Sorting & wrap-up
Once your bins are full, compare your catch and help sort the trash. Teamwork is key, you’ll also assist our guide with handling the kayaks before and after the adventure

WHAT TO BRING

We provide all necessary equipment, but please wear:

✅ Raincoat & rain pants (you might get a bit wet!)
✅ Closed shoes (no sandals or slippers)
🔒 A secure storage container is available to store your bags during the activity

EXTRA INFORMATION

Safety first
All participants must be able to swim and behave responsibly on the water. Our guide will accompany you throughout the activity.

No swimming or playing in the water. This is a cleanup mission!
