Most people in Belgium have kayaked on the beautiful Lesse, the Ourthe, or even on the Semois, but few can say they’ve paddled right through the heart of Brussels.

Groups from Royale Union Saint-Gilloise , Zero Waste Europe, hub.brussels , Pivot law, Karavaan, Cambridge Econometrics, WEWIS Vlaanderen and Spa Belgium have taken the metro, bike, or just walked to join us in our kayaks to clean up waste from the water.

It’s more adventurous, and yes, there’s more trash to collect! There are still spots open in August. Come join us!
